Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online software as a service provided by Hereon Limited ("we", "us", or "our") that allows customers to search for personal information by entering a first name, last name, email, phone number, or username (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription and Pricing

The Service is available with a monthly subscription at a price of €39.90 per month. We also offer a 48-hour trial for €0.50. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. You authorize us to automatically charge your provided payment method for the subscription fees and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, whether during the trial period or any active billing cycle, through any of the following methods:

• From your account dashboard, directly in your personal account settings
• Via the dedicated self-service page at infofinder.io/how-to-unsubscribe
• By contacting our support team at [email protected]

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of that period, after which no further charges will be applied. No penalties or additional fees are charged for cancellation. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

3. License and Use Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your professional or personal use. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or harvest data from the Service
• Share account credentials or allow multiple users to access the Service under a single account
• Engage in systematic or bulk data extraction beyond reasonable professional use
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data obtained through the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Service
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks

4. Fair Use Policy

While our platform offers unlimited searches as part of the standard subscription, this is subject to the following Fair Use Policy designed to ensure a quality experience for all users and to prevent misuse:

• Individual Professional Use — Unlimited searches are intended for individual professional use. Any usage pattern suggesting automated harvesting, bot activity, or systematic bulk extraction beyond reasonable professional use may be flagged and reviewed.
• Rate Limiting — Technical rate limits are enforced at the platform level to prevent automated scraping and ensure platform stability for all users.
• Account Sharing Prevention — Subscriptions are issued on a per-user basis. Concurrent logins from multiple locations or devices may trigger security alerts and account verification checks.
• Bot Detection — We employ technical measures including behavioral analysis and traffic monitoring to detect and block automated or non-human usage patterns.
• Detailed Reports Cap — While searches are unlimited, detailed profile reports are capped at 20 per month per account.

Any account found to be in violation of this Fair Use Policy — including automated harvesting, credential sharing, or reselling of data — is subject to immediate suspension without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or any rights to use our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.

6. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service and any content that you submit, post, or transmit through the Service. You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code
• Infringes any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, if we believe that you have breached these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete any content or information that you have submitted or stored through the Service. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of your access to the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your access to or use of the Service, or your inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

11. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that country for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.

All legal disputes arising from card processing activities shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
